3. Sourced Goods and Natural VARIATIONS
Because our products are handcrafted manually from organic materials (such as wicker, seagrass, and willow), you acknowledge that minor sizing differences, variations in plant fiber colors, and slight weave alterations are natural characteristics and do not represent defect criteria.
4. Quoting and Orders
Price proposals or customized set queries outlined via the page forms are subject to stock availability. Contractual commitments only occur once a direct invoice is authorized and sent by a designated agent.
5. Financial and Payment Framework
Listed pricing estimates are presented in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude sales tax (HST/GST) and provincial shipping rates unless expressed in writing.
6. Delivery Terms and Returns
Ownership and risk of damage transfer to you upon delivery to our shipping courier. We provide a 30-day return framework for damaged or incomplete orders. Freight processing charges are non-refundable.

All creative elements, custom SVG logos, styles, graphic materials, and copywriting are owned by Primex Interesting. Distributing our brand assets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Indemnification

10. Governing Legislation and Courts
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings must fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts located in Toronto, ON.
